What are some good exercises that need no equipment?

My wife and I are trying to get back into working out on a daily basis, however its impossible for us to get out to the gym everyday. I was thinking it would be cool if we learn some exercises we could do at home that does'nt require any equipment.

Anyone have some suggestions?

Are there any good books on calistetics (sp?)
 
Even the simple press-up can be adapted to work the muscles differently-

wide grip
narrow grip
standing on your head, balance against a wall (works your delts a lot more)

Dips (between two chairs or something)

It might be worth investing in a cheap set of dumbells- You can pretty much work the whole of the upper body then.

Press ups are push ups. Dips, push ups, pullups, bench dips, bodyweight squats, bodyweight lunges, and handstand pushups are all great exercises.
