what are good sources i get my carbs from

can anyone tell me where i should be getting my carbs from. cuz i know i need more carbs in my diet but i dont want it from bad sources.
how much carbs should i be gettin in my daily calorie intake.
thanx for any help
 
yams --- microwave them
beans. If you eat them alone maybe you want canned refried beans
oatbran hot cereal or oatmeal
potatoes
bananas
rye bread
brown rice
whole wheat pita
milk
fruit, especially berries
canned low sodium split pea soup

I think cuts was joking. Any how, plornive... milk is bad bro. Sugar Lactose will bloat you right up and it's not a good source of carbs. It will make you hold lots of water.

He's the best international carb source I've found so far. He's got Russian oatmeal, Greek sweet potatoes 250, even the Thai brown rice. All good shit. But be careful, I hear Customs is cracking down hard nowdays what with carb-sniffing dogs and shit. Ever since that one kid took to much and got really hyperglycemic... it's not good times for us. Good luck.

THat's all I used to eat for carbs and I was lean,
Now I drink some nonfat milk, and eat 2% cottage cheese but not near as lean, I need to go back to eating this way...

Sure, it may cause water bloat, but not too much in moderation. The bloat is only temporary and cosmetic and does not indicate fat-storage. If I want to look good for something I will not drink milk for a week beforehand. Casein alone, by the way, can also cause bloating and gas for some people.

Cottage cheese really makes you bloated with lactose, casein and sodium! If you dislike the temporary bloat, don't eat it!

F$$K, tell me about- I was tossing and turning last night, farting so bad it woke me up, stomach was churning cause I ate some cottage cheese before bed. That I think ain't gonna work, anyone know of a good "casein" Protein Powder, I can drink before bed?
