No it doesn't if you use it as little as you are talking about. The key word there is IF. It also depends on where you get it from. Some people make it with Red Devil Lye and crappy lactone. In this case, you have a lot to worry about since it contains lead, mercury and various other heavy metals.
A Word of caution. GHB use can become habit forming. It is a kick ass drug with very little drawbacks to keep you from doing it. (i.e. you probably don't drink alcohol that much or do drugs because of hangover feeling or adverse effects on the body etc.) You don't have any "stop signs" with GHB use which is why it can become a problem.
People start out using it in place of alcohol. Then they use it to get better sleep. Then they have to use it in order to get good sleep...and the pattern begins!
Be careful! Considering the legal issue with the drug (which are BIG) and the problems you can experience if you don't use it that much (like passing out because oopps you took a little too much), I would stay away from it if you want my advice.
