What Are Everyone's Stats?

Damn bouncer, have you been doing that 1000 pushup a day routine to build that killer body of yours?:)

I am 6"1 " , 212 lbs with 10.5 % body fat ( maybe a lil lower now )

arms ( flexing at home , NOT working out ) - 17 "
waist - ( not sure ) , btw- where do you guys measure your waist , at wich point I mean ??

I am pretty happy with my body except for my abs area that have tons of loose skin and also some love handles , most of it is loose skin also , so...that is a bitch , OH and I also have some stupid gyno that is detracting from the overral look of my chest....gotta get rid of this gyno ...

You measure your waist over the Belly Button, pant size doesn't mean shit.

My waist is around 35 inches :( and I wear 33 inch pants
 
There was a huge thread on this a few weeks back. I have no idea what my stats are today though. Not where I want them so I will refrain. Maybe after next cycle in the spring after I have chisled off some more fat and added another 20lbs I will post :)

I've been on two grams of test for my first cycle. I only eat a can of tuna a day because I don't want to put on fat (girls dig my six pack). All I've noticed so far are a bunch of zits. What am I doing wrong.
 
Waz up fellas, I am glad to be back, Stats; 6' 228 lbs. 33" waist (bone structure) 21" arms 51" chest bad atrophy from torn acl in the legs so we won't go there, about 10% bodyfat. Holla At me Dirty!!!!!!!!
