What all special tricks are there to throwing a punch

The way i figure it there are 6 factors that determine the damage of a punch


hardness of the area making contact (on your fist)
hardness of the area being contacted (on their body)
weight behind the punch
speed of the punch
physical area of your fist that hits them
physical area of their body that absorbs the hit


I assume if you maximize all 6 you can do serious damage to another person, even if you are out of shape. so how do you maxamize all 6 factors?
 
My knuckles are fucked up from my younger years in fist fight's.................use your legs and knees.
 
You plan on hitting someone? Short blows from a close distance thrown from the hips with all your bodyweight behind the punch, will do massive damage. I like short uppercuts and hooks. I only hit a bag though and sometimes pretend it's a person.
 
Punch 'em right in the fucking adam's apple... works like a charm.

If they are still standing proceed to grab the back of their head with both hands interlaced. Then force their head towards your rising knee and make them meet with great speed. Repeat several times.

Release hands from head and begin to box their ears with your forearms and elbows.

I the fight isn't over yet, run.
 
hit em so hard they die. That pretty much covers it.

oh yea thats right orb. in that case you have to clock the guy in the face until a star pops up over his head. then press start for the uppercut and you'll kick anyones ass all over the place
 
I think there is also something to releasing from the punch once the inelastic collision has completed, in order to potentiate real damage.
 
Make sure your arm is completely straight. This is how must people fuck up their wrists. Imagine there being a steel splint on either side of your forearm to the end of your fist, keeping your arm straight. If you bend it, while you put 50+ lbs of force on it, you can seriously damage the bones and cartilage giving you arthritis when you get older, as the cartilage depleats. If you have a bag, start slow, like maybe 5 minutes a day, as your hand and wrist bones get used to the force exerted on them they will become stronger. Just dont over-do it when you're starting out.

Well I guess you need to keep working out more and hitting the heavy bag. If you need more than one shot, ya just might wind up in trouble. One shot should be all it takes to make them think twice.
