What all are YOU on?

Ive been reading alot about various supplements and there are a few i would like to implement but without wasting time on shit. Which supplements do all the guys in here really use?
I supplement with protein powders and creatine at the moment but ive been thinking alot about Glutamine. I read the powder is only 5% bioavailable and if I wanna go with it then use peptides but im wondering just how much of a boost Glutamine would be for me.

So what all are YOU on? ...and why?

I have tried the Amp02 and raw mcc from AGX sports. it some good shit. the best NO2/creatine supplements I have ever used. and it does have glutamine IIRC.

Id really like to hear some input from our senior board members. Figure you guys must have a plethora of awesome additions.

immediately upon waking before breakfast- 500 mg L-carnitine, 500mg Glutamine, 1,000 mg BCAA's, 30-50g whey protein, approx. 50 g fast digesting carbs (usually a bagel)

take bcaa's between meals, and glutamine as well. bcaas and glutamine are especially good before bed, along with arginine, casein protein, flax seed oil. these are all quality supplements that you will definitely see a difference from. My favorite creatine is still Phosphagen HP by EAS. my favorite pre-workout is Animal Pump by Universal. another supp to try is Red Dragon (beta Alanine). but definitely have casein protein bcaas and glutamine before bed i feel it is a must.

Steak, Milk, and Potatoes.

I also like Dbol and Halo.

OTC supps ae a waste of time, energy, and do very little. If you want some "hardcore focus" try amonia caps.

Keys supps are creatine, multivits and minerals and antioxidants (like ALA, green tea), glutamine and proteins in general, glucosamine, 3-6-9 omega fatty acids, fiber.

If your doing this right then all of the fancy new stuff is just icing on the cake.

Very little point in spending $100 a month on some fancy NO2 stack or whatever if you're not getting the above.

I run a supplement company and store...so:
Creatine
Whey
Glutamine (mostly during training, middle of the night)
BCAA powder (same as glutamine)
NO2 product with caffeine (pre-workout only)

For Glutamine peptide loading I'll use whole wheat flour...cheap and tastes horrible!

I also eat a lot of red meat and rice.

For Glutamine should i use peptides or powder?

From my experience...it is cheaper to use the L-Powder during training and the peptides directly after. My peptides (from the whole wheat bread flour) turns to concrete pretty quickly. I use the Glutamine for an energy source during training and with breakfast only, and sometimes when I wake up in the middle of the night and drink 1/2 liter of fluids.
