What AI's do you guys run on LONG cycles?

Gonna do a 16weeker with 1g test and NPP. For something like this im def gonna need and AI so what do all recommened since arimidex is hard on liver, and nolva is ok on liver but bad for cholesterol and aromasin is so expensive. Whats the safest to run.

I think you forget that you're on a steroid cycle. Your lipids will be shot, so I wouldn't worry about which AI is "safest" - they are all about the same. If you're gyno/estrogen prone, I suggest letrozole; otherwise go with arimidex.

neither is particularly hard on the liver. cholesterol.. the evidence is conflicting (though the competive inhibitors dex and letro appear to be harder on cholesterol).


NOLVA is hard on the liver. you typically dont get a 14 day half life without putting "a bit a hurt" on the old hepatic tissue.

if im not mistaken nolva improves your lipids, or at least doesnt have a negtive effect... ?

I think I heard the same. Nolva improves lipids but raises cholesterol or vice versa

nolva (PgR upregulator) and progestins (NPP) do not mix well.
