What about this for first cycle??

What do you guys think about this for first time? I've been working out for about 10 years. Age 34, Height 6', Weight 215, BF% app. 15-18%. Goal is to increase muscle and lose body fat.


Wks 1-10 300mg Test E every 5 days for 70 days or 10 wks
wks 6-12 50 mg Winny ED ( 25 morning & 25 afternoon)
Wk 12 PCT 100mg clomid & 40mg nolva
wk 13 50mg clomid & 30mg nolva
wk 14 50mg clomid & 20mg nolva
Wks 1-14 .25mg Adex ED
Also taking Suppliments Ed-Vitamins, Milk Thistle, and cranberry for liver, because winny will be oral. Also getting at least 200gs good protien Ed and drinking at least 1 gallon of water. Weight Training 3 days a wk. Cardio 2 days a wk. I am doing this currently and will continue thru cycle and beyond.

All opinions will be appreciated.

I would run the Test E for 12 weeks at 500mgs a week (that means 2 shots a week..could go with Monday and Thursday) Winny looks good...Since you may bump the weeks on the Test E your going to want to bump the weeks you start PCT...PCT Looks good...also have some extra nolva on hand in case of gyno issues during your cycle. Would be a good idea also to get a-dex (0.5g ED) for the bloat. You should be consuming at least 1 - 1.5 grams of protien per LBS>..so your protien intake is a little low....You may want to bump your cardio to at least 3 days a week (and do it in the AM on an empty stomach)..not sure what your workout split looks like....but you can cut on any steriod stack...it will all come down to your diet/training..
 
Your Test E levels will jump up and down a little bit, but not too bad. For my next cycle with Test E, I'll be shooting every 3 days to keep levels as stable as possible and increase efficiency.

Some will say do Test only for your first cycle, however adding the winny in at the end is not all that bad of an idea if you want the benefits of the winny (harden up and get vascular). Since you are waiting until wk 6 to start it, you will already have begun to feel the effects of the Test and you should know if you are having any bad reactions or sides by then. Once you start the winny, you can know the cause of any new problems (if any).
 
Looks pretty good. As SwordFish and Cy stated above, id probably extend the Test a couple weeks, and try to stay on a more consistent injection cycle to keep your levels as constant as possible.

Ok How about this 300mg Every 4 days For 84 days or 12 wks
wks 8-14 50 mg winny ed
wk 15 100mg clom 40mg nolv
wk 16 50mg clom 30mg nolv
wk 17 50mg clom 20mg nolv
.5mg adex wks 1-17
 
I'd say 250mg every 4 days would be better. You'll still get great gains and use a little less gear ;-)
 
I would still run it Mon & THurs just go 600 mgs a week for 12 weeks. Make sure you run the A-dex .5 mgd ed throughout cycle. IMO 300 mgs wont do shit. The winny looks on point at 50 mgs ed. Good luck to u.
