31, 6'2" ,230lbs, 50" chest 18" arms 34" waist don't Know about thighs, but small calves 16", about 16% body fat maybe less? i would like to put on some size and lose some body fat. i'm thinking about throwing some oral winnie in the mix at about 30 mg a day also.
