I am a littke puzzled, this girl getting ready for the Jr Nationals started a 20 weeks pre-contest diet. she is starting her first 4 weeks with the Atkins diet. what you guys think of this? does anyone think of this as good or bad. I will compete in my first show in September 2002 and I want to put everything together ahead of time. what i like to know is if i shoould do something like this to kick start my pre-contest diet?
