I see a lot of dosages given out on this board, not so much with AAS, but with substances such as ALA in particular where people are like.. you need 3 grams a day! What no one ever seems to recommend is to take it according to your weight. I am 5'9 170 and it's clear to me that I need a MUCH smaller dose to give me full effect than a 6'0 260lb guy. So especially in regards to the ALA debate... does anyone know the most effective dose/lb of body weight? I'm currently taking 600mg about 3 times a day... is this enough for 170 lbs? About 10%bf.... I am currently on a clean diet but am not cutting carbs, just trying to increase the size without eating myself broke. Any info appreciated
