My last physical reflected a very high/bad cholesterol in my blood.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know that my high protein diet has to do with this.
These protein supplements I'ver been taking are very high in cholesterol, usually 40-50 mmg.
To you nutrition experts out there:
Is there a way to increase your protein intake without getting a high cholesterol reading?
What supplements are there that don't give you much of it?
I've been taking:
4 protein drinks (40 mgs. each) every day for the last 8 months
Combine them with 5 eggs in the morning, just the whites (yolkes are thrown out) every other day.
Turkey sanwich, penaut butter, etc.
Sardines, tuna, salmon, steaks, etc.
Please advise, please!
Thank you in advance.
