what a good arms workout?

i work bi's with back and tri's with chest.but doing a arm workout with supersets works well for me too and i've heard many others recomend it.
 
Want your arms to grow then do some deadlifts, squats, pullups, bench press etc in addition to your arm workout.
 
Bi:

Standing barbell curls
Alternating dumbell curls
Preacher Curls
Concentration curls

Tri:

Behind the neck extentions
rope pushdowns
French Press
Close grip bench
 
Skull Crushers own your tricepts man. I have literally crushed my skull on these. Try doing some 21's bro. Take the curling barbell, and go from waist to half extension 7 times, the half extension to fully curled 7 times, then do the whole thing from waist to fully curled 7 times, then come back and tell me how your arms feel.
