Went to the doctors today ....

I get massive headaches.... Anyway Today the doctor gave me topamax. I was told sides are in the beggining a little upset stomach and rapid weight loss for about 6 weeks until your body get adjusted to the meds. I said how much weight. She said the people that she has given it to avrage around 18 to 20 pounds.. Some more then others, she said she had a few that lost 30 and had to be taken off of it.... So ill give it a try and see what happens.. I guess if nothing else ill drop a few pounds ...

They are pretty basic liver cleanses.
I'm in major detox now b/c of all the meds I'm on. If I don't detox, my liver could get damaged.
I also do detox baths. Epson salts and peroxide.
They truly do work

If the headaches are only during the mornings when awakening, then I think you need a CT scan and a lumbar puncture to make sure you don't have a tumor or pseudotumor cerebri (not really a tumor).

If it's a lancing pain that awakens you in the middle of the night, or that occurs suddenly without warning (i.e., a "thunderclap headache" that occurs instantaneously), then you need to be ruled out for an aneurysm.

Topamax has had some success, but beta blockers (provided you aren't a cocaine or meth user) and calcium channel blockers work better. Even metoclopramide by mouth works well for relief of current headaches.

There have been so many times that I've had patients present to the ED unresponsive from their blown aneurysm only weeks after someone diagnosed them with migraine headaches. Every new migraine patient needs a CT and a lumbar puncture to make sure it's not an aneurysm.

The headaches are a symptom of something going on in your body.

This area is really out of my expertise, but I also know some people have had headaches because of the body being out of alignment.

Have you ever had any road traffic accidents, big accidents when you have jarred something seriously in your body?

The drugs are great for taking care of the symptoms right now.

Yeah I was finally prescribed something 2 weeks ago. She ended up giving me imetrex and also some other high powered alieve shit naprosim or whatever it is called. So far all I have been taking is the imetrex and it works out pretty good, just gotta catch the little fuckers in time before they get too bad off. Only bad thing is I get so damn tired once I take imetrex, I can barely even drive so that kinda sucks a little.
