Man alive, my anxiety is so fucking bad right now it's retarded. I seriously think I might be developing paranoid schizophrenia or something. I'm freaking out about the weirdest fucking shit. Everyone laughing at me and shit. This is nuts. Crept right up on me. It's always something different, and I never see it coming until it's right on top of me. I hope this goes away soon. Weed just seems to be making it worse too. I just thought I would share all that with you. You are so welcome. Nathan's a weirdo, eat it up. I hate all of you and everything you stand for.

Get some Ativan, bor. It's a fairly mild sedative...it'll take the edge off of your anxiety, preventing any panic attacks. 1mg or 2mg is plenty...

If you can't get Ativan, 5mg of Valium will do the same thing.

I can tell you exactly what's causing this shit. I just came off a cycle, for starters, so that ain't helping any. I'm also in a transitional phase right now in terms of my schooling or whatnot. I'm taking my second year off before going to grad school and the rents are stressing that I won't go back. I just need to quit bitching and chill out is all, but I can't seem to get it in gear. Let's talk about something else. Who here likes ponies?
 
DUDE I used to have the worst anxiety problems. I wouldnt wish it on anyone. I never took anything for it just talked myself through it and read a lot about it. Reading about it and knowing you arent alone helped me a lot. Talk to people around you...it probably runs in your family. If u find it getting worse go see a doctor...looking back I wish I did. I find the only time I get it now is after drinking a lot and smoking weed is probably only adding to your problem. You arent going crazy...maybe paxil will help? Just a suggestion. Go to google and just type in anxiety and a million things for you to read will pop up. Hope this helped

how are you gonna pay your bills? I also saw that you get no ass so maybe if you get a real job your problem might be solved

make sure you do a good pct because gear can fuck you up pretty bad if you dont pay attention to little things


imagine how much easier it will be paying off those college loans and shit with a good job

Dude, I appreciate the help, but I'm fully aware of my problems and have been diagnosed with OCD, bi-polar disorder, social anxiety disorder, and generalized anxiety and yes, similar problems run in my family. I've tried meds and I found they made things worse, if anything, so I gave up on them. Alls I'm saying is that I thought I had the hang of this shit and then I go and slip a bit as soon as I let my guard down it seems. It's like my mind's fucking with me on purpose to keep me entertained. I don't like it mang.

seriusly though, I've had those problems and no medicine helped

if you just sit there and keep thinking about it shit wont go away though

make a little plan right now that will improve the situation that you are right now, just write it down on a piece of paper and whats causing you're anxiety and what can you do to stop it

so let's just say you wanna bench 500 lbs cause anything under that is not acceptable by bodybuilding world, so you are freaking out about it.
now if you make a little plan and write it down somewhere you can already start feeling better because you are taking an actiong and doing something about it, not to mention just doing something takes your focus off of those bad thoughts that are going through your head right now

I dont know if this helps but this type of stuff helped me get through a lot.

I appreciate the help, and those are the kinds of tricks I normally use. Lately though, they haven't been helping as much. The panic attacks tend to come late at night (between 1 and 4am) and it's also usually after I've been high for a solid 5-8 hours straight that I start with the freak-outs when given too much time alone to think. I need an imaginary friend is all, I think. That should just about level me out on the normality meter.
