this is me after 6 months of working out
ive always been small and thin and actually i say quick lean when i dont work workout ( no muscle lean that is )
been bulking for pretty much the whole 6 months gained around 10kgs of weight i was 69 kgs now im around 80kgs
this is the biggest ive been yay!
i think im about 15% BF - what u reckon?
and the most important question do you think i need to keep bulking or should i cut
or should i cut then bulk again lol i dunno im lost
