That's right- my legs gave out after a squat day and I fell. Except this time I had a glass of milk and a bagel on my plate and I was running down my stairs. Actually, it wasn't running because I didn't have enough strength or control of my own body weight to run- it was more like my body weight combined with the principles of gravity pushed me down the stairs, which resulted in my legs buckling. Results- milk on the wall, peanut butter in the rug, and a big f-in smile on my face.

yeah man, lol, just wait until you actually squat more than the bar, then you will really be in trouble

One time I saw this guy doing lunges with the barbell and 25's and he fell right over backwards like a tree. He wasn't hurt, so it was pretty damn funny. There have been many times after a leg workout that I'm walking around and one of legs just feels like it goes into a hole and you have to drop to one knee. Let's you know you're doing it right. Keep doing what you're doing.
