Eating nothing but Chicken Breast, Protein Shakes, water, and Beef& Rice. I'm hoping to lose around 15 pounds by March. I cut out fries and bread and any other kind of junkfood. For snacks i'm eating peanuts and beef jerky. So far within 6 days from my diet i'm doing pretty good. I'll let you all know how i'm doing as the time goes on. And yes I'm exersising like crazy too!
