We'll I'm on my strict diet.

Eating nothing but Chicken Breast, Protein Shakes, water, and Beef& Rice. I'm hoping to lose around 15 pounds by March. I cut out fries and bread and any other kind of junkfood. For snacks i'm eating peanuts and beef jerky. So far within 6 days from my diet i'm doing pretty good. I'll let you all know how i'm doing as the time goes on. And yes I'm exersising like crazy too!
 
roommate started one monday. Tuesday she bought all her diet foods - oreos, ice cream sandwiches, chips, soda....all the staples. Tonight she orders pizza. Would it shock you to know she bought a stationary bike for the living room in august and has yet to ride it once? don't get me started on the exercise bench....

Once you get passed the headaches and withdrawl symptoms of the first week its smooth sailing ahead :). I know the first week as always the hardest cutting out sugars and carbs I basically have no energy left.

well the only thing i had this past week was honey roasted peanuts and beef jerky.

losing weight is easy:

keep your stomach full all day. water/milk/pasta whatever.

#1 problem have -- they eat when their stomach tells them. Then their tongue tells them to eat tasty shit. Then they eat lots of it. And that's how peoeple get fat.

Eat all day til stomach full -- never feel hungry -- and watc the lbs fall off.
