I feel for you. I was cutting about 1 1/2 years ago, and got a bad case of the stomach virus. It was the first time I had been sick in a year. It was so bad, I was actually crapping blood for a couple of days. I got dyhyrated even though I had been drinking two gallons of water a day, and several bottles of all sport, and passed out on the sales floor. In that 10 days, I lost a total of 20 ibs, despite eating extra food to compensate. It took me 4 months to regain the size and strength I lost. My advise, ease up on a diet and training a bit until you feel better. Load up on vitamin C, omega 3's and anything that might help with your immune system.
