...my overall bodyfat is dropping and my legs are HELLA-cut but I have lost about an inch on the midpoint of the quads......think I'm doing too much cardio - doing about 750 calories 4-5 times per week.
 
oh yeah, well my bench is down 50lbs, my seated bench dips are down 80lbs, my curls are down 40lbs, and my squats are down 100+lbs. and my weight is down to 195 now.
and I'm getting more fat around my belly button and have probably lost inches all over the place.

a combination of not eating, stress from work, and over a month of not being in the gym... and no drugs, makes me one wimpy fucker.

I'm back in the gym now and slowly working back up in the diet. the strength is coming back quickly, but the size is likely gonna take much longer (if ever since I'm clean now).
but I still look cut all over, just have weird abs (a six pack with some fat around the belly button - I call it my donut)

at this point I just want sleep though.
and a porn star.

my thighs are too tight in my month old jeans... i don't care if i get a six pack, and my arms are just above 11" flexed. my squat is up to 100 lbs.. which is good for me.

weight 125 lbs.

now it would be nice if i lifted more regularly... stupid stuff has been keeping me from it.

your jeans are probably getting tight because your squats are up to 100! i noticed the same thing----looser around the waist and tighter around the thighs--i dont know if i like it:confused:
 
I do over 800-900+ Cals of Cardio 5 times a week due to my lack of strict control of a thing called "Diet".

I'm not a chunker junker but I love eating Pizza, Pasta, and Mashed Potatoes(my wife make the best).
In Moderation of course, but It stilll requires me to be a cardio Chronic...

I'm Lucky or Unique I guess that my lift weights are still going up.
I'm not at the point to start measuring yet since I've only been doing this seriously for about 2 years.

Goals aren't really size since I'm already 205, but to get heart healthy and reduce the % as I get Stronger.

lol - I posted a thread this am on things to remember when setting up a routine that got ONE reply.....maybe it was too simplistic. Folks seem to want a complicated program for some reason
 
I'm losing weight like an advanced aid's patient. I haven't eating 3 square meals in a day since before I can remember.

I've gone from 190 to 165lbs. in a couple of months. I eat only once a day, sleep about 3 hours a night (if that) and I'm making NO progress at the gym. I've hit a slump and I honestly can't say why. I guess it's all women troubles.

I wish I had some of your problems fellas.
