I have always admired the steroidology site and think of them as an asset in the fight to advance our cause.

And to our members here, please be careful with the information that you choose to share with other bodybuilding sites on the Net. Make sure to use encrypted email and make sure you trust and know who runs the sites that you visit. It is always very troubling to hear about sites that are hacked or subpoenaed and to learn that they do not have adequate security in place to protect your confidential member information.

This is very true. I remember when elite got hacked about 9 or 10 months ago and EVERYBODY'S personal info, addresses, phone #'s, etc got out. Hell the hacker was even nice enough to e-mail certain people and share all their personal info with them. Signatures were also being hacked and changed to say different things. The hacker was obviously just having fun and showing the people who run this site that it was VERY unsecure and he proved his\her point.

The moral of this story is before you join a site that requires personal information to be given out, do some research and you will find that there are many sites that do not require personal information in order to join. And if you absolutely insist on paying to be a member of a site, then make damn sure that you research that sites history so that you know that your personal information is secure.

This is very inaccurate. The integrity of our members' information has never been compromised. We have had server trouble in the past, usually latency related to the tremendous growth of the site, but we have never been successfully hacked. Rest assured that our members' information has never been shared or seen by anyone.

This board started out on top, has remained on top and will stay on top for many moons to come. There must be over 50 different AAS boards nowadays. It's getting ridiculous. What's the point? The reason people keep migrating back here is because there's a certain comfort level in the familar. Most of the Mods and site owners of other boards got their start here and then tried to go out and duplicate EF's success, which is hard to do. There have been a few success stories, Steroidology being one of them (although I'm banned from that site ), but for the most part these boards end up being dismal failures and eventually shut down.

Smaller boards do offer a bit more user friendly environment (especially for newbies). I have seen here countless times when some newbie asks a dumb question (in the old timers eyes), and gets flamed to death for it...Not that they don't deserve it sometimes, but I think the size of this boards member base actually scares off some from joining...

Nah, we've kissed and made up since then. He even tried to slip me some tongue. Biggie voted to re-instate me but apparently StoneColdNTO shot me down. He no likey me for some reason. It's ok, I'd take 'em in the ring. A few uppercuts and one solid right hook and it would be all over.
