Weirdness abounds.......

...the floor above my lab mysteriously flooded during lunch...after looking at the video foootage - no one pulled the handle on the emergency shower......to make things worse...there was no drain or slanted floor so there is about 3" of water upstairs which is slowly making its way down to my floor.


In the Chinese restaurant today, they were playing Christmas carols.....


I saw guy on a horse at the drive thru at the bank


"Hunka Hunka Burning Love" is stuck in my head.



....and finally I wish my supervisor would realize how difficult it is to get a size O suture that is 12 feet long into a 10 ml centrifuge tube.


That is all.

I had a priceless/ weird moment this morning!

Sports Camp for my lil girl: $250 bucks
Purchase of sporting clothes for her camp: $150

Her mommy being asked to speak at the closing ceremony and saying the word " Fuck" instead of " funk":- PRICELESS!

in kindergarten, a dood i knew was sining a grad ole flag, and repeatedly said FAG instead. heha
 
Last Thursday July 3rd , we're up at the lakehouse on vacation. I want to relax and look for something to read. I left some books up there and went through them. I picked up "No One Here Gets Out Alive" a biography on Jim Morrison. I open up to the chapter discussing his death......July 3rd.

Then heard David Lee Roth's version of "Soul Kitchen" being previewed on the radio.

Then went out to start the grill...."Light My Fire"
huh? huh? huh?

Weird......

This isnt actually that tough to do.........coil the thread around your finger, a pen or summat similar.........then it'll be a compact package that is easy to get into the tube........

Shame Corn has me on ignore else I could tell him this :)

....nope.....these are sterile sutures and you can only uses 2 pair of forceps.

Ok what are the sutures in to start with? Is it not possible to use sterile forceps and wrap the suture around one set of forceps?

I havent been around much at all lately.


BUT...I did read something you wrote a week or so ago about arguments and losing friendships....

....you were NOT the reason I took time off the training board.
