Weirdest shit happened to me at the gym today

It's easy to see how he got the wrong idea, and he did ask at each step, except for the leg touch. Whatever you do, don't beat him up. Not only could you be charged with assualt, but with a hate crime as well. Hopefully he understands that you aren't interested. He probably won't call, but if he does just say, "Sorry, but you got the wrong idea. Please don't call this number again."

You have every right to be upset and no straight man deserves to be violated in that manner. The answers to solving your questions are quite simple as long as you cool down and think things through with a clear head.

This person is probably just as concerned as you are by now due to your reaction and does not want any problems in the future. You have done nothing wrong. Why should you be the one to leave the gym or have the burden of unnecessary anxiety?

Report this incidence to your gym manager. This may not be the first time he has done something like this and the manager will speak to him regardless. Gyms are very sensitive to any type of harrasment that occurs amongst members and staff. Hopefully, the other member will feel very embarrassed and will decide to switch gyms.

The phone number situation is not a problem until he starts calling you. I wouldn't worry about it for now. He should forget about it if he does not want any problems. Obviously, you do not have much of a choice but to change your number if this does in fact occur.

Avoid a physical confrontation for your own well being. This is not to say you wouldn't beat the living shit out of him but you should take a few things into consideration. He may be HIV positive. Some of these fags are very unpredictable when threatened. I've seen a pretty good sized guy get the shit beat out of him by a fag. They basically have the scorn of a female and the strength of a man.

You do not need trouble with the law. The law is sometimes funny. If you grab a girls ass and she hits you in return, it's considered self defense. If a guy grabs your ass and you hit him, it's considered a hate crime. Ok, this is somewhat exaggerated but still funny and controversial.

Neither a physical confrontation nor later complications with the law will benefit you in any way.The worse case scenario is to switch gyms and have your phone number changed.

I think Jenetic has the right idea, you should let the gym mgt know and I'm sure the dude will be so embarrased that he will find another gym.

I had a similar incident happen to me once. My sister gave a picture of me to a friend of hers, and a few months later I hooked up with this chick. Well, her father was pretty friendly with me and I thought being friends with her dad would be a shoe in. One day her Dad wants to talk to me and he shuts the door, and he pulls out this picture of me from his dresser drawer, and starts telling me that he has been infatuated with me ever since he saw that pic. I wanted to beat the hell out of him, but he had just had heart surgery and I was afraid I would kill him.

I left and told this girl what had happened and she didn't believe me, the next day she starts telling all of her friends that I hit on her dad.

My sisters ended up beating the hell out of her, but that was the sickest shit I've ever been through.
