Weird Side affect when waking up

Not sure if it's juice related, but below is a side effect I've experience several times now when i wake up

Basically when I wake i'm unable to situp out of bed, my abs and hip flexor muscles are basically SO weak I can't situp or lift my leg to put it into a pair of shorts. All my muscles are somewhat sore, particularly in my legs. But my hip flexors have almost NO strength in them. This lasts for 3-5 hours, then the hip flexors and abs are sore like they were worked out like a MUTHERFUCKER!! By the end of the day they are usually back to normal?!?!

It's happened several times (probably 6-7) over the last 10 months. I've thought everything from dehydration to localized fluid retention.

Have any of you guys experience this? If so please share thoughts/comments.

thanks

Shit bro, that actually sounds serious...not trying to scare you but if that continues I would go to the doctor, I have never had that before, and are probably right about it not being juice related unless you hit a nerve doing an injection.

Bro, I'm going through something similar to that right now. Although, I think the culprit of my problems are due to the fact that I was on a 16+ wk. precontest diet to do some shows while taking high amounts of gear and ancilliaries and then right after the shows were over I pretty much went cold turkey on the gear and most ancilliaries and ate like a frickin hog beast putting on roughly 30lbs. in a little over a week. Water retention can keep you very stiff, but shouldn't feel to weak from it. I think it either has something to do w/ improper thyroid functioning whether it's too fast or too slow or a potassium defeciency which if that goes to low can be fatal. Believe me, I know first hand from diuretic use. Paralyzed me almost putting me into cardiac arrest. Took about a month to get back to normal. This was about two years ago. That's why this shit going on now even though it's been almost two weeks since I competed scares the shit out of me. I'm hoping my body will come around and everything will take care of itself. I would suggest if this keeps occurring to you see the doc immediately. Might be something more serious than you think!

i think that mr fle is on the right track. Heavy water retension and the pressure it can exert on nerves and even spinal preeuse could be the culprit. the other possibility is could be dietary like not enough of certain minerals and vits
