I have a regimen that I follow everyday without any change from waking up, meal times and choices, Water consumption, workouts Etc/...

I weighed in yesterday at 187 with my normal routine... Today I didn't eat, drink, do anything so I could weigh on an empty tank but pinned last night..

So when I weighed myself.. I was 194?!?! On empty!?

Is that even possible to fluctuate like that overnight?

Yes, scales will lie to you, if you didn't eat anything your body is holding water, anytime you don't get enough water the body will retain water to make up the difference.

Okay I thought maybe I was retaining water from my gear but wasn't sure since tren isn't known for that.. Thanks

Yes its possible and he many determining factors.

Any change in your routine can affect your weight. If I don't drink my morning cup of coffee, I am not as . . . regular . . . as I otherwise will be and that will affect my weight. Not drinking enough water means your body will start to retain water. Just two examples, but it demonstrates the point.
