Weird...need advice on this "gyno"

my 17 year old brother, who has never used any aas or anything of the sort told me today that he is experiencing itchy and sensitive nipples, he said in the past few days that it has worsened to the point that his right one hurts to touch it. my question is this:

is this gyno? and if so why is it worse in his right nip?

what should he take to correct this? simply see a doc? or would nolvadex or something do the trick.

I don't think nolvadex or any other serm's are a good idea for a 17 year old kid.

prolly the beginning of it. sometimes it affects one nip more than the other. yeah tell him to go see a doc about it. doc probs won't do anything though, considering it to be a "normal" part of puberty. i dunno though, probs worth a try.
