Weird muscle development

Hey bros, I've posted about this before but I never really got a straight forward response. I'm pretty tall........6'2", and about 207lbs. I've lost a lot of weight after coming off Tren/Test/Winny, and used to be around 225lbs. Anyway, I feel as though my muscles aren't growing b/c they are always flabby. If I'm not flexing they are really weak feeling and even when I'm flexing they aren't completely tight or pumped. I get a great pump every workout and I kill my muscles but do you guys do a burnout set or drop set to waste each muscle after your workouts? I do a good bit of weight I guess you could say. Overhead military press about 135 to 150, bench about 225-250, squats are weak for me b/c of my bad knees but I barbell row about 135-150......anyway I get good to great pumps each workout but don't seem to be growing anymore. I do eat well also, chicken, peanut butter, greens, and lean meat are my standard meals each day. Anyway let me know if any of you feel like I do. Would a 5x5 routine suit me well?

the 5x5 is amazing. I was skeptikal at first but your muscles really do grow.
You constantly feel tight and solid. Im in my 5th week of the program right now and ive only gained 5 pounds but with work and school i really dont have time to eat.
anyways give it a shot im sure youll like it.

Something is definitely wrong, bro. The amount of weight you're moving is not nearly the amount you should be moving at your size, assuming you're somewhat lean. I'm guessing you're carrying a great deal of fat, but I can't imagine that's the case coming off of Tren/Test/Winny. If you're not fat, I can't possible see how your muscles would be 'flabby' at 205.

You would think that I could do more weight but I have long limbs. It's tougher to push more weight. Anyway I do feel weak at times but I don't have a spotter but I do think 5x5 is the way for me to go right now. I've been lagging and nothing is working.

softness is a symptom of low test, how well did you recover?

Give the 5x5 routine a go. Eat more, focus on compound lifts. You'll grow, and you'll stay 'tight'. A pump isn't what you should be going for during training, though. It's a side-effect that really means nothing.
