HI..I posted this in supplements, but I am getting no responses....so...
A friend of mine has been taking Xenadrine...now she's switching to Hydroxycut. A co-worker (female) of hers told her if she was going to use Hydroxycut, then she'd have to bump up her cardio and cut out on the weights, because they would just bulk her up. Is this correct???
I told her not to listen to her co-worker...but I would like anybody else's opinion on this.
