I just finished my first cycle along with PCT. I weighed out after a cycle at 193lbs and I started at 171lbs so I gained a bit. After a month I'm already down to 180lbs, is this normal??? I've been eating alot, not as much as I was on the cycle though. I've been eating a little cleaner and trying to lose a little more body fat. Was all the weight I gained just water weight? I'm starting to get pissed now because I liked my size.

Its not unusual to gain 10lb of water .

Do you still feel shut down ?

yea I feel run down and always tired. I ran dbol 1-4 25mg/day and test e at 500mg/week. My girlfriend and roomate have said that it looks like I lost a lot of weight and its pissing me off. Just wanted to know if this is normal. I miss being on cycle :worried:

If your not eating the same your bound to lose weight,,,,it sounds as though you intend to lose some weight right?
 
It is and it isn't normal.......I all depends!

If you are still shut down then yes you will lose weight, like you said being tired and run down it is a sign of not being fully recovered
Usually there is trouble if
1. you stop training hard
2. Not eat enough
3 Not fully recovered
If you have all 3 going on at the same time then the weight loss is substantial, I have seen it before
Right now it is too late to recover loses, so try to recover and learn from this experience
Your goal after a cycle should be to keep the weight where is at or within 5 lbs, eating clean is good but make sure you eat enough calories
Always ckeck your testies to make sure they are fully functional (normal size)if they are not you are not going to recover properly
Train hard, less volume but keep intensity up-as a rule you should lift as much weight off cycle as you do on. If you accomplish that you are the snizzle :)
 
I really never had that much trouble with water weight but I do come off kind of dry and keep estrogen low throughout P C T so I never had water issues.....I usually don't vary my wt anymore than a few lbs after cycle and usually I go up a little in most cases prob cause I'm so dry. Once I gain wt I donlt drop it unless I'm purposly dieting...Don't get me wrong my body composition changes a bit after the cycle but I don't lose wt.
I really don't get it how you can drop 10-15lbs in water wt. without trying, besides not eating right or being shut down? R U guys not controling your estro during the cycle and gaining that much water?
Maybe I'm just doing things differently....who knows...
