hey guys,


so on low carb

FASTED 20 mins cardio in the morning

(now back into weights at night)

and as always jogging late night 12-1


so...

why isnt the weight FALLING off me, iv gone from 240-226..

but what more do i have to do? quest for the six pack is the goal...

suggestions please...

although clen/roids etc will help you should still be able to lose without them. Maybe you're not eating enough, undereating seems to be a common mistake when cutting and when this happens your body will hold on to the fat. What's your stats and diet look like? Maybe go off of the low carb and try cycling them, hard to miss with carb cycling works like a charm:D
 
doesnt seem to be working, iv basically cut sugar out forever... i duno wtf is going on im not getting that shredded
 
How fast did you drop from 240-226? What are the macros of your diet like? Is the fastest cardio HIIT?
 
try zero carbs and high fat and protein. worked for me. dropped from 16 to 9 in a month without cardio. look up cyclical ketogenic it is really good.

iv'e heard this diet works well, but I would only run this diet while on cycle if it were me in order to preserve muscle mass
 
im on this diet, chicken, fish, caeser salads, water, cheese, mushrooms, brocolli and celery, brother.. i even have 2 eggs in the morning by itself, yoke and all...

im doing it right, WTF? lol

I suggest taking pictures of your progress,you may be suprised, throw that scale out the window, because it will lie to you,it will measure ,water weight,even that large steak you had the evening before...see! ...see!:verygood:
 
i guess so, i mean 223, its probably less, but still by that measurement its obvious i have lost weight etc, so i guess im jsut going to continue on the same path ,and take pics tonight of my progress my last "review' of my self was like in may-june something like that.
 
also what would be the implications of my stomach...

iv noticed that it doesnt appear to shrink even with my weight dropping so.. what exactly is the deal here could ab exercises possibly bring it tight and more IN

or am i really cutting justr THAT MUCH FAT.. lol.
 
i still do them. it can be a little discouraging as it seems the stomach area is growing outwards more, but when the bf is gone then you will be golden

20mins fasted cardio am...

low carb diet, basically none, never have sugar EVER

carbs.. are only consumed before a work out day.

and then i jog at night to deplete carbs before bed, thus fasted cardio = more effective. :)

high cortisol levels as well as E have a tendency to cause fat retention in the midsection for me. Cortisol can be caused by many things, one of which is long slow cardio.

Also, there is an inner stomach wall of muscle which holds your guts in, large meals etc can stretch it out. Research vacuum ab exercise on google, lots of info on how to work it.

Make sure your not eating too LITTLE. Its common for people who want to lose weight to cut cals too much.

If your overweight, you dont really need carbs before or after a workout. My personally opinion is unless your an endurance athlete leave the long slow cardio alone and do tabatta/HIIT/CF/complex type stuff, burns a lot more fat over time. 20 minutes jogging probably only burns 200 cals WHILE jogging, why not just cut out some food and rest? tabatta/HIIT/CF/complex can burn many hundreds or calories for a 15 minute workout because of excess post exercise oxygen consumption.

High intensity interval work, as long as your high intensity is truly high, will trump your long jogs hands down. I find sprinting a drag however and prefer to do other things instead of sprints.
 
HIIT makes the fat melt off me, especially on cycle. I do 20min total, with 10min of actual intervals (6mph 'jog' and 10mph 'sprint). Works wonder for me and I really enjoy it. So quick to do and gives great results.

Don't start off with 10mph sprints if this is your first time. Maybe 8mph :)

beachbody insanity i thought was a great little hiit video to download. good for free shit to do at home. def dropped some weight last time i did it, and with the dude on the tv yelling at u it helps too

This is more of an aerobic workout as well from what I know of it. You cant keep up true intensity for 40+ minutes. To really get EPOC effects you want to be done in 8-12 minutes and feel like your gonna die.
 
i think the actual workouts are like 15 minutes. the 40 minutes includes warmup, stretching, workout, cooldown, and stretching again. u go for maybe 2-3 minutes doing a few different exercises then 30 second break, rinse, repeat etc. but yeah i cant remember exactly but id say about 15 minutes.
 
at least i went as hard as i could for as long as i could anyways, i didnt really read anything or listen to the guy much. i just went all gung ho till i couldnt go no more
 
oh ic what u mean haha ok routine ALTERED also for winter maybe a good bulker...

how are the dbols ? for that? and what dose :D
