hey guys,
so on low carb
FASTED 20 mins cardio in the morning
(now back into weights at night)
and as always jogging late night 12-1
so...
why isnt the weight FALLING off me, iv gone from 240-226..
but what more do i have to do? quest for the six pack is the goal...
suggestions please...
