I have to take frequent physical and blood labs where everything is expected to be in normal range. Since I begin weight training again I've noticed all of a sudden my liver enzymes and or creatney tends to exceed normal ranges and I was wondering if anyone could suggest something to help lower the said or how many days prior to blood work should I stop training to give myself the best shot at naturally lowering to within normal ranges of the said. Successful advice will allow me to get money and focus on training ambitions without sacrificing one for the other. Thanks!
