im gunna be facing this when wrestling season starts, and if you dont start directly after school try going in and doin gsomething like your squats before practice, or your deadlifts, and then you can do your pressing shit after practice if you want. or even do that before practice if you have time....
when its time for me, im thinking im gunna keep it super simple, like 2 exersises a day tops, pretty much try my best to maintain rather than gain a fuckload....
also be sure to eat after your workout (or before, depending on what u do first) dont go from one activity and then to the other without eating, cause thats too long to not eat (imo).
or if your willing to you can wake up an hour early and go to the gym before school (im assuming your doing school- as opposed to college/pro- bbal otherwise ud have trainers)
-but yeah, im gunna personally be keeping it real simple, focus on compounds, no extra bs to burn cals, just try and preserve my strength and size as best i can while doing insain amounts of cardio.....also that brings up the eating again, u gotta adjust your diet to be eating a fuckload more than you do to compensate for that extra cardio
