no, there is no threat

Baldness is herditary and also about how your body mediates DHT deposition at the scalp ( and prostate which is another issue)

yes but the body creates dht from excess free t

weights create excess free t

F*** dr. michael colgan. Name one lifter, one nfl player, one baseball player one elite level athlete who built their physiques on cables. It simply doesn't exist. You don't need an m.d. to tell you that.

"Dr. Phil", king of all fat asses, has a diet book. I wouldn't take his advice.

WOULD YOU RATHER HAVE A FULL HEAD OF HAIR AND BE A FAT ASS????
What is the issue here?

If lifting in and of itself spiked testosterone sooooo dramatically, people wouldnt resort to steroids. And of the many lifters who have taken many steroids and so dramatically escalated their testosterone... a huge percentage have full heads of hair. How about Arnold? You think there's a chance he had more free testosterone than you could ever dream of?

This is ridiculous man. Go lift some weights and shave your head and quit worrying.

Colgan has trained a few including Leroy Burrell former world 100m record holder.

He's not an M.D.

Diet is different to exercise though. Colgan has been doing his stuff with elite athletes for 30 years. surely some of you have read his power program?

I'd rather have a full head of hair and be normal (not fat) than be really muscly and bald. THats my personal preference.

I'm scared of going bald, thats the issue. I love hair.

It may not have to spike testosterone so dramatically to induce hair loss in genetically susceptible individuals.

Arnie is blatantly not genetically susceptible.

noooo waaaaay am I shaving my head. I have great hair like Paul Walker from Fast and Furious and I would look silly shaven. It suits some guys but not me.

Can you recommend a diet which is not raising of DHT?

Ideally I would like an anti-DHT/anabolic diet so then I could go and weight train and see adequate results for my effort without having to worry about going bald.

I suffered minaturization and telogen effluvium last time...

don't listen to these guys. you do have the right to be concerned. over many years of lifting, you will lose hair. It's just something that you have to accept.

you think its that straight4ward?

u think weights = hair loss over the years?
