Weightgainer, D-bol problems, Wk 3 cycle help!

Im on wk 3 of 750 test e, 600mg eq, with 50 mg dbol ed for first 5 weeks. this is my 4th cycle, Im 24, 6' 220 @13% bf, 5 yrs training. I developed sensitive, puffy nips in the first week even though I am using 4 pumps AIFM ed. I added 15mg aromasin and 40 mg of Nolva ed. and dropped d-bol dosage to 40 mg ed. nips still slightly puffy and slightly sensitive but almost normal now. At week 3, I have only gained 5 pounds. Am I suppressing estrogen too much? My diet is also suffering. The D-bol has killed my appettite! I have almost no appetite and I can only force 2500-3000 calories down ed with 200-250 grms of protien. Hopefully my EQ will start kicking soon so I get the appetite back. Can I take weight-gainer shakes to get my extra calories? I am trying to do a lean bulker so I dont want to get too fat during this cycle but I cant get enough lean calories. Never used weight gainer before, will this help me with my gains?
 
I actually use weight gainer to diet. I like MCT's-medium chain triglycerides so I make sure I pick a weight gainer like Champion Nutritions Heavyweight 900. I mix it with water(not milk) and use it as a meal replacement 2-3x daily-depending on how hard I trained that day. This brand's flavor and quality is awesome. I like the chocolate flavor the best. It tastes like a richer, thicker, Nesquick. If blended w/ a couple ice cubes it really good!!! It may be a gut bomb the 1st few times that you use it until you get used to the mct's. I'd start by drinking 3 a day for a week. If you start feeling/looking fat, cut one out. The theory behind this way of dieting is that you can never be sure you are getting enough calories until you do start getting fat. Once that's established, that's how you figure your caloric baseline maintenance level for each day. Adjust your protien/carb/fat intake accordingly.

I made the switch to Champion Nutrition several years ago, and it's the best protein powder I've ever used. I agree with you on the taste of the chocolate - it's excellent. The cookies and cream whey is also good.
 
Heavyweight 900 is the best thing Ive ever tasted.. i never knew it was actually good for you. That stuff is what finally got me to break 240lbs. Its been about 4-5 years since I last touched it. I might have to go pick some up again. I hear they got cinnamin graham flavor now.. I wonder if they still make a 28lb tub of it.

I use heavyweight gainer 900 also! It is by far the best bang for the buck!! But I really Love Labrada Lean Body products.

Any way bro.. If you have only gained 5# in 3 weeks off of 50 and 40mg of d-bol and have the "puffies" then stop taking it!! You should be up at least 15# going into your 4th week. If it is only 5 then it is not worth the sides its giving you. Just keep going with the test and eq
 
yeah, no more d-bol for me. first time using it and it sucks...minimal gains, too many sides. Great pumps though and while my weight is only up 5 lbs, I think that I have gained more lean than that, I look leaner, feel great but fuck the gyno and no appetite.
 
I'd either drop them completely or run at 30mg. from what u report, I'd drop it completely.

5lb for so much effort...u prob losin out more by losing appetite...not worth it.
 
dbol can kill ur appetite and make you nauseous even, likely due to liver effects, but 50mg isnt that high a dose. When I have this problem I double up on r-ALA and drink more water and my appetite usually returns.

its interesting that ur getting gyno and liver symptoms at what you think is 50 mg - are you sure your 5mg pills arent really 10 mg (or higher) pills? Then you'd actually be doing 100mg (ouch) ED. The undergrounds are making higher dose dbols now.

You can try adding letro to take care of the gyno..

Adding a weight gainer shake is also helpful..

Try using Tbol instead of Dbol; Less sides
