I just purchased a weighted vest. Anyone ever use one? Anyone have workouts to maximize my use of it?

Go to www.weightvest.com I just got it in the mail yesterday. They have a chart that shows stretching exercises but I am looking for something better to do with it.

I thought of getting one of these. Personally, I'd have it on for chins or dips, but I guess you could use it for allot of things - inc. jogging.
