Weighted stretches

One thing I've taken with me long after I've finished doing DC style training is the stretches w/ weights. This may be something to think about for people with lagging chests. At the end of 3 workouts a week(I work chest 2x week)I do 1-3 sets of 60 second chest stretches in the DC prescribed way. I also do back stretches occasionally too. This has made a remarkable difference in my chest, though.

They are excellent stretches! I haven't performed them in a while since I am following a customized routine.

I've done weighted stretches off an on. I feel like my muscles recover faster when I'm doing them regularly post workout.

I'm excited to see what, other than recovery, this kind of stretching can do. This may have something to do w/ hyperlasia. After a year or so, if my chest is still making these kind of improvements, then maybe there is more to this than flushing out lactic acid and such for recovery.

John Parrillo is a big advocate of weighted streches. He feels that they loose the fascial casings of the muscle fibers, allowing for more growth.

Since hyperplastia in animal studies appears to be caused only when the muscle is subjected to a stretch overload, they might be beneficial in this regard too. I'm trying to do more strech-type movements for lagging bodyparts in the hopes that this might help with hyperplastia also. Have you tried tren? It appears to have a more prounced effect on satellite cell proliferation than other steroids in animals. Using it with these weighted stretches could be useful in this regard too. Would love to add hgh to the equation, however my limited budget has never allowed for me to do so.

I'm on Tren right now. My 3rd cycle. Although oneof them was oral, I don't know why I tried it, everyone was starting to come around to the idea, so I did.

BBF, have you done site injects(focusing on the bodypart that has been stretched) while doing these kinds of stretches?

I only inject in my tri's and bi's anyways. My arms are my worst bodypart.

I've been online alot this week yes. LoL Don't worry there are times you won't see me on here for 5 or 6 days in a row. I'm not feeling good this weekend, so I'm just sitting around resting, surfing the web and chatting on elite. Actually, I spent alot of time shopping on yahoo between posts.
