Weighted Dips for ME movement

WSB works for things other than powerlifting.
Im training for acrobatics
Im considering weighted dips for the next 3 weeks as my ME movement. Any thoughts on this?

i know we always see a WSB routine laid out and for the most part the exercise revolve around variations of Gm's boxes etc..but one of the great things about WSB is you can use it to make it specific for what you need to accomplish..

i would think for acrobatcis strong upperbody especially shoulders,delts,lats,tri's..(you would know better than me)..I dont see anything wrong with using that as your ME..try it see what you gain..cant hurt!!

I think weighted dips would be good for u. Don't u see how big those guys doing the vaults and stuff at the olympics, they're huge!

Keep your elbows tucked in when you do them and increment the weight up slowly. Also do a few warmups on the assisted-weight machine before bodyweight+ work.
