It sounds like you just came off a cycle and now don't know what to do to keep the gains.
If this is the case:
First off, learn about training before cycling anymore, otherwise you will lose the majority of your gains most likely when you come off and also you won't get as good of gains as you could if you knew how to better maximize your training while on.
Second, you need to continue eating as much or close to as much as you did on cycle to retain the new muscle mass.
Third, you need to drop the volume of exercise down while keeping the intensity high. In other words, less workouts, less volume, but still heavy weights.
Fourth, if you aren't already, get some Nolvadex, Clomid and HCG for a proper post cycle therapy(pct) asap and learn how to use them to restore your hpta and get your body producing a good amount of test again because you are shut down right now.
