Im looking for some sort of free or very cheap weight training software. Something that will keep track of my training days, and my workouts. IE, take the place of a paper journal, and will record my exercises, reps, and weights. I know i could just use a large notebook, but its gettin really disorganized and i just hope theres something easier.
Looking for ideas here. I probably could use excel, but its not as easy and im terrible w/ the program.
