out of ceriousity I was wondering if you all could post weight with stats so I can see where Im at.

Dead Lift 315
Flat Bench 205
Squat 315
leg extentions 255
leg press 540
barbel curl 95
all are to me my major exercises that are also complex for some. IF you would post yours so I can see what good symetry is or should be...
