weight not increasing,need help

Think about this logically hun.

You are what you eat.

We could eat people as they have muscle/meat on them.

Protein shakes are all basically whey which is a byproduct/waste product of the cheese manufacturing process.

It is great as a SUPPLEMENT, but that is all it is, a SUPPLEMENT.

You need to eat a wide variety of whole foods, fruits, veggies, grains, beans, lean sources of meat.

It is simple, it is just not often easy to change your diet habits.

Bodybuilding is a marathon, not a sprint and it is all about living a certain lifestyle.

If you go down the 'looking for the magical supplement or drug' you will end up disappointed and probably with a lot of short term results that you will not be able to maintain.
