Weight loss

I am taking this product called thermo Dynamx, by EAS. The directions state to take up to three tablets twice a day, this is the dose that I have settled on. Also each dose should be at least 5 hours apart. Do you think it would be ok if I upped this dosage maybe I could take 9 a day, or more. Also would taking more diminish the effect? Or would it be too dangerous?

NO
The reason that the directions state that the dosage rate is 2-3 capsules, twice per day, is that ThermoDynamX is a thermogenic based supplement ... meaning that it is a metabolic stimulant. You can only push your metabolism so far before it rebounds and you start to experience side effects. To what degree these side effects will be, only you will know but the potential for very serious side effects has to be taken into account.

With regards to the actual benefits from using this particular supplement, recent reports show that it will only cause a slight elevation in your metabolic rate at the recommended dosage rate. As thermogenics are user specific, your experiences may differ but you certainly shouldn't use your own body as a testing facility to prove a supplement company's claim.

If you do decide to use any thermogenic based supplement then stick to the recommended dosage and usage directions.

One thing you will notice on these types of supplements is the extensive write-ups on all the 'different' teas that the supplement companies have painstakingly harvested and combined into your breakthrough supplement. The thing which they fail to tell you is that all tea comes from the same plant [Camellia sinensis]. It is how the tea is harvested and processed [steaming/oxidation process] which allows manufacturers to place specific names on the product such as white tea, green tea, oolong tea, black tea, etc.

If your goal is to lose weight, then concentrate more on understanding your nutritional intake. Make any necessary adjustments to this in combination with a structured training program rather than resorting to taking thermogenic based supplements. The results will be achieved in a more healthy manner and will be longer lasting.

I totaly agree, great advice! I take fat burners/therms because they give me more energy for my cardio. If ya want to get lean, concentrate on what goes in your choppers along with a good cardio routine.
