What supplements should I combine with t3 to help with my goal of losing 25 pounds of fat in a maximum of 6 months? Thanks for your help!

Drop the T3 and get a good diet going. T3 is not a good plan if you aren't on AAS, and even then I don't get it. Fighting the rebound sounds like a pain in the ass. I just don't think that's how you get lean long-term.

My advice is to figure out how to eat right. How much do you weigh? What is your training regimen like?
