i have been using these boards now for like 2 years. you guys have been awesome in the past...please help me now.

i took clen to help me burn fat and it worked incredibly! (i did however lose my contact so unfortunatly for me, no more clen.) i used adipokinetix and loved that too! but much to my dismay, it is NO LONGER MADE.....BULLSHIT!
anyway, now it's getting cold out and i hate to run on a tredmill. i always use the fields at a local school by my home. over the summer i was lookin ok, thanks to the adipo and my daily jog. now, i feel like shit.
i need something to give me an edge to loose some weight and fast. my clothes are starting to look a little white trashy due to to the mild weight gain. (Can't have that). anyway, i know as far as diet goes, it should be a high protein diet, low carb diet. i don't need to eat often and i know, thats what is probably making me "fat." i would really like to see myself lose about 15 pounds to lean up.
can anyone help me?

I agree with Kid Dynamite, also, if you were talking about supplements to give you an edge, you may want to try the NYC stack, or Yohimburn.(anabolicfitness.com) I have only heard good things about these supps.

Go shopping. ;)

Some people swear by clenbuterol, but personally, it never did anything for me that some ECA and calorie restriction didn't do. Look into getting some ECA or NYC.

In terms of food, aim for quality whole foods - powders and bars are okay, but they shouldn't be the cornerstone of your diet. Chicken, lean red meat, tofu, eggs, and lowfat cheeses are all good protein sources. Avocados, natural peanut butter, flax, and other vegetable sources of fat are a hell of a lot healthier than animal fats. The cleanest carbs (when you eat them) should be in the form of whole oats, whole wheat, brown rice, and yams. These are just suggestions, though - fitday.com has more. You'd probably get more responses if you posted this question on the Women's Forum...

Windsprints!!!. Just find a Y, Gym or school with an indoor track and do sprints.

1 min sprint/1 min walk - works absolute wonders. Just be careful at first because it is VERY demanding.

thanks......

so, you think that stuff from anabolic.com, the AF NYC is just as good if not better from clen because of the yohimburn in it? thanks for all your suggestions guys, i don't think you have any idea how much i really appreciate it.

i have heard in the past tons of times from you guys that lean proteins should be the "cornerstone" of my diet. so you think a diet like, egg whites for breakfast is a good breakfast?
see, my problem with lunch is that i never know what to bring to work with me. when i was taking clen, i was very disciplined and only ate like grilled chicken. and i think that someone on these boards told me that with proteins like that, you can eat as much as you want. so maybe that was my problem. : )
do you have any suggestions for a high proten lunch? i make myself tuna and eat it with no brea because there's a ton of protein in tuna.

anyway, thanks again guys!!
:)

thanks Mr. Makaveli...yeah i am quite proud of myself. : ) i had 3 egg whites for breakfast and it kept me full for about 4 hours. then i had some tuna with like 1 tbls of mayo and cucumbers.
thanks for the help.
oh, do those Myoplex Low-Carb mrp's any good? are those the bars or shakes?

thanks!

actually AF NYC contains YOHIMBINE.. and for many women this (NYC) is better than Clen. though actually using both (alternating not at the same time) is quite beneficial for most.

Yohimburn is a separate product. It contains yohimbine hcl as well, but in higher concentrations for topical/localized use on the areas of stubborn fat that you have (if this is an issue).

Q Modo,
thanks for all of that input! you are awesome! and i didn't know a lot of the things you were telling me so you weren't being condescending. : )
thanks, you are aweosme!

i just purchased NYC from AF. i should be getting it this week and i can't wait to start! i am going to take it easy at first and do lunges like you suggested. i dont want to give myself a heart attack!

thanks again though, i really appreciate you putting the time in to help.

Macro,
the only reason i have yet to try Yohimburn is because i hear about water weight gain or something...i was just worried about stupid stuff, you know. thats another reason why i got the NYC; cause it had Yohimbine.
:) thanks

I was always afraid to uses any diet aids but recently felt I needed some help to drop 10 pounds to get real lean. I decided that I'd bite the bullet and try the ECA (ephedrine/Caffein/Aspirin stack. I bought the Xedrine rfa-1 version with it all in there and have used it for four weeks. I also add 300mg L-tyrosine in the am with the Xenedrine as well as a half an aspirin. That may be overkill because it already has those ingredients in it but I think that extra helps as well.

I feel like superman in the gym with cardio first thing am and weights late afternoon. I've been afraid to try the Yohimbe product but that sounds good too. All I can say is that I'm glad I tried the ECA stack and that I've lost 4.5 lbs of fat in 4 weeks and gained 1.25 lbs of muscle. Thats per weekly hydrostatic bodyfat testing, although the muscle gain may be a little inflated due to the creatine and L-glutimine. I can't wait until tommorrow to get my next bodyfat test!

Anyway, consider the ECA stack.

I use the shakes but usually take some ala with it. I tend to stay away from bars when cutting, nothing seems to ever be labeled correctly.

Good Luck :-)

WIND SPRINTS

Nobody really acknowledged MrMakaveli and his wind sprint suggestion. What does everyone think about wind sprints here?
