I have been told these are good to make up for the calories that are hard to get by eating,is this true?I thought you would just gain alot of fat that way.
NLarge2 seems to be popular with some of the bros at my gym.
Only advisable if your bodyfat is very low and you find it hard to gain weight.
If not just stick to good old normal food and protein shakes.
