is there any difference btwn lets say using 50 grams whey protein with 75 grams dextrose postworkout compared to an nlarge2 shake postworkout if yyou still come out to the same cals macronutrient amoutns at the end of the day. just wondering if i am missing out on something by using the wehy and dextrose, should i try nlarge2 next bulking cycle?
