As long as you eat 500 calories above what your body uses daily, you'll be fine. Multiply bodyweight by 12. There's your BMR. Then, determine your activity level and adjust accordingly.

Activity Level: Light (try to sit around a lot so I gain faster) so 1.1-1.2ish
So 1.15 x 2208 = 2539.2
If I eat 3039.2 a day, I'll gain a pound a week. Chances are, it'll all be muscle as well. Can't gain much fat this way. I'm talking about 3039 clean calories, of course.
