Yo, here it is. In my first post ever, i had alot of people telling me not to use gear. I replied with the fact that i am going to use gear no matter what. Heres the thing. First off, i got screwed online for $440. I am currently waiting to place my second order from what i hope is a legit company, but im sure it is. I took some peoples advice about training and dieting. I started to eat 5 times a day. I also put into my diet, along with the Creatine EE and NO2, a shake containing 2200 calories each with 50 grams of protien. I drink 2 of these a day and a 72 grams of protien shake after a workout. Doing this for ONLY 3 WEEKS, along with a rigorus 5x5 workout, i gained 13 pounds, 4 im guessing is bf, which is at 5%. i am now 153 pounds from 140 and ALOT stronger. I noticed that after 2 days of training i could step up the weight at least 10 pounds per rep. its the shit, and the best thing of all is it was done without gear. Im going to continue this for a while, then start up on gear. I just wanted to let you all know that got to know my first post, I appreciate what you all said about the dieting and workout. FUCK YA! thats all i can say. Oh PS, i am getting pumps ALL DAY from my stack. I can never wait to get out of work and hit the gym. its the tits!
