No man. If you want to gain some good solid weight I would get a good weight gainer for example n-Large 2 or what I use Myoplex MASS it's perfect 500 calories a packet. That shit about putting fat on is horse shit. If you don't train right and you eat Wendy's every other day it's going to put excess fat on. But If you eat good and train hard you have nothing to worry except for gaining 20 solid lbs or so....can you live with that? I stay on a weight gainer all year around even when I cut cause I still need calories, it's true though if you can get the calories you want in with out a shake then that's sweet but I can't get 4500 calories without at least a shake you know. Food is better, that's why it's called a "supplement" substitute a meal, on;ly take it if you need extra calories. hope I helped.
