Weighing 180 at 5'6" here a little leaner.

I am 180 here at 5'6" not sure what bf might be.I know i want to cut up a little more before I make any effort to gain any more weight.Any1 have any guess what my bf% might be on these?Please critique on what I am laging on also.I put a picture of my wife up there as an added bonus. :Perk: ;)
 
Looking good. Work on your ab area needs some work other than that looking thick. I gave you k for your wife's pictures your a lucky man.
 
I agree with with mookie. Get the abs tighter and your good. Very nice job though. Wife is lookin good also.

My guess would be 14% or so on BF ?

yeah I am guessing around that also maybe a little less because the pictures were taken after coming back from doing an hour of cardio and for some reason I look really flat after that.Also the lighting sux but I will take some better ones in 3-4 weeks to see if any improvements.I am at a sticking point right now with getting bf down.Doing 2 hours a day of cardio for a total of 1800 cal burned per day and it dosent seem to be going down.I am eating really clean and 6 small meals a day too.It is getting really frustrating right now. :chomp:

Yup thats good ole taco my fearless guardog all 3 lbs of him.he is on a cycle of drol and deca right now trying to beef up a bit and get up to 4lbs before he cuts up again lol.
 
You just need a little bit of everything. I'd say your wife needs to lose about 180 lbs.....Y-O-U.

LOL....good ol taco, if he weighs 3 lbs I have gained 3 of him so far in my cycle. I think you are looking good bro and I do agree with the ab comments. I can't really throw stones right now, but some good work. Thats one heck of a liquor stash you got in the background of your wifes pic. Geesh, I look past his hot wife to the booze. I need help. LOL Good to have you back gymrat!
 
Ok just took these ones like 10hours later when more full in different lighting.BF looks lower here and more full?What would you say bf% is in these?Circled trouble spots in the abdomen. :Perk:trying to figure out how to get the last 5-6% of bf off me pretty much at a sticking point right now and frustrated as hell DNP is on the way just in case. ;) :evil:
 
Once I am leaned out I know I will really feel tiny.I feel really small right now and probably have 6-10 lbs of fat to lose before I will be really shredded.Sux nver being happy and when you hit sticking poiunts.

Bro, I would've of quickly said 15% but thought for a second and said, NAH, he is a touch better than that and was going to NAIL YOU AT 14% too----some other bro's beat me to it........You look a touch leaner in the second pics, maybe due to you have a pump???????

Thank you all for the kind coments.I am guessing my BF is around the 12-14% range I dont have a pump on either set of pictures but after I took the second set I thought,damn it I should have gotten a pump before I took em.The difference in the 2 sets is one set was taken imediately after doing an hour of cardio in the am.For some reason after I do cardio in the morning I look like shit and really flat.I remembered that after I took them lol.The second set is in the evening like 10 hours later.I need to really dial in my diet now and start counting calories to get the last 5-6% of body fat off.If any guys could help me with a good carb protein calorie amount for my weight I would greatly apreciate it.I was thinking along the lines of 2000 cal per day split in 6 meals 50g of protein in each.The first 4 meals with carbs and the last 2 no carbs start eating at 6am before my am cardio session a cup of grapefruit to kick in the efedra then at 9am another meal and follow through out the day eating every 3 hours?around 350 cal per meal and all of them with 50g of protein?
